Because they ordered the wrong size of water heater (the correct size was sent to them by the contractor) they had to start the whole process over again. It took them 5 days to approve the replacement, 3 days to order the water heater (the wrong size) 2 more days to issue the purchase order to the contractor. We have been waiting for 2 weeks for a hot water heater. I decided getting $15 dollars reimbursement was not worth fooling with them and thus I called membership services, spoke to Andrew.terminated any and all future dealings with Cinch Home Services. I weighed the odds of further dealings with this terrible nonprofessional bunch and decided it was not worth the hassle as this is certainly NOT the company I had dealt with in the past. they had already obtained the deductible. The service technician was available, came out, diagnosed, called the number provided by Mary’s email, learned anything less than $300 did not need approval.he repaired the unit and was gone in less than 2 hours. I called the vendor I had given to Ethan at +1Solutions.

I recognized that there was a vast difference in services rendered. I learned that Cross Country Home Services is now Cinch Home Services. I unfortunately got Clarissa, I told her I was disconnected and in her unprofessional sarcastic non empathetic and condescending tone offered nothing other than they had 48 hours to secure a vendor. Back through the maze of customer service. I gave Ethan the number of a vendor in our area, he found them in data base and said he was going to call and placed me on hold where my call was disconnected. Some of these people named are with +1 Solutions which is a third party to look for vendor. I have called numerous times and spoken to Jeffery, Victor (moron), Flavio, Pedro, Kitty, Daniel, Lee Ethan, Clarissa, Yeilene, Juan, and received voicemail from Mary with case management. My contract booklet said 24 hours if on weekend, otherwise 2 hours to look into securing vendor for job. They said it would be 24-48 hours to see if they could find a vendor.

First red flag, they wanted the deductible up front before they ever secured a vendor. I called on Monday 09/28/20 at 9 am to request claim for air conditioner. It has been over a year and this was my first claim at this property.

It was easy access and easy to secure vendors for job completion. I had prior coverage for another property for years with wonderful customer service and prompt service connections with good outcomes that was Cross Country Home Services. I am very disappointed in this company that I have been a member on for years.
